Refund policy

Parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging with everything that came with them. Email support@staggeredfit.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll arrange a prepaid return label. There's no restocking fee.

Tunes and software licences are final sale. They're licensed to your vehicle's ECU and can't be returned or refunded once delivered. Please confirm your chassis code and engine before ordering. If you're unsure about fitment, email us first and we'll check.

Parts that have been installed can't be returned unless they're defective.

If anything arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@staggeredfit.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Tune orders can be cancelled before the licence is issued.
